During pregnancy, due to changes in the hormone they also can have some mental challenges. The fact is hormonal changes can cause problems that may reflect in the physical realm of the body. Without proper sleep people can become anxious. There would be too much impact to the body when stress remains that can impact the body.

It is important to be worried when mental health goes down. Mental health can have an impact in diet and rest. It can be a reason to become sick. Thinking a lot can cause problems too.

Being sensitive can lead people to understand what mental health is all about. The right knowledge can help people to have their cases treated. Being unable to get the right treatment may lead to bigger problems.
